Product Description

Features
Sawdust, rice husks, seed shells, walnut shell, twigs, bark, sediment, vinegar residue, furfural residue, wood chips and
various crop stalks are all appropriate materials for briquetting production. This Wood briquettes extruder also called biomass briquette machine and sawdust briquette machine, is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick. It is equipped with the auto-controlling heating system. The byproduct of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.
WOOD BRICKET - PINI-KAY
> Environmentally friendly, unique and 100% natural product.
> Wood briquette PINI-KAY is a fuel product that is pressed from dry softwood sawdust into a dense mass.
> Standard PINI-KAY briquettes are a type of solid fuel.
In manufacturing, a mechanical screw presses and heats the outer surface of the briquette to 400 degrees. Heating creates a shell on the surface that prevents moisture from entering the briquette and also makes it more durable. The shape of the briquette resembles a classic piece of wood, so it is perfect for fireplaces and stoves, as well as open and closed fireplaces.
When PINI-KAY wood briquettes are used outdoors, the hole in the middle of them produces a funnel effect, which brings more combustion power.

Flow Chart

Complete Production Plant
1, By Drum chipper| hammer mill crusher, we grind raw material size thickness less than 50mm to 2-5mm.
2, Next stage is drying to reduce moisture to
8-12%. Able for pellets and briquettes making.
3, 3rd stage is (pini-kay) sawdust briquettes machine, heat 330-360℃ high pressure, to extruding dense briquettes.
4, Next stage, by (cook) carbonization furnace/ kiln/ stove with pyrolysis to make charcoal from wood, coconut shell, palm kenel
shell, nut shell, bamboo, sawdust briquettes, Empty fruit bunch etc wide range biomass raw materials.
5, Then, we use crusher to make charcoal powder for charcoal briquetting(...)
6, BBQ/ Shisha charcoal briquettes making.
