Rotary drum biomass materials drying system consist of a heat source, rotary drum, roller rings, support rollers, transmission device, sealing device, feeder, cyclone dust collector, and duct fan. What distinguishes our equipment from others is the addition of a dispersing device inside the rotary drum. This device disperses the material, ensuring thorough heat exchange and rapid drying. The inner wall of the drum is equipped with a material dispersing device, lifting plates, which, when the drum rotates, ensure even distribution of the material throughout the drum, facilitating contact with the drying medium. This also allows for material agitation and scattering, increasing the contact area between the material and the drying medium. This results in efficient heat utilization, shorter drying time, and higher output.
