Horizontal loading| unloading carbonization furnace is easy- operating model.

This is one batch by one batch working, that's means fixed( not rotating) furnace.

1) Type: in- direct heating non-oxygen closed high temperature carbonization furnace.

2) Max temperature: 500-550 centigrade.

3) Heating method: using external heating fuel for preheating, and snygas for continuous heating after carbonization starts.

4) Materials used in the furnace: boiler grade steel+ refractory insulation bricks+ rock wool. 

5) Carbonization time needed: preheating( 2-5 hours based on original humidity), carbonization( 4-5 hours), cooling( 10-12 hours). So one day finish one batch.

6) Operation: need adjust the gas valve to enable recycled gas heating. Using removable cart to load| unload materials and charcoal.
