Working Principle:

Main parts

1. Vertical superfine wood powder machine is composed of three parts: a crushing chamber, a plug chamber and a wind chamber.
2. The crushing knife has alloy knives, which are all produced by professional manufacturers.
3. The attached machine is composed of a screening machine, a powder collector and a dust collector.
4. The main machine’s crushing chamber adopts alloy knives, and the motor drives the rotor of the crusher to run at high speed, so that the machine generates high-speed airflow to produce high-strength impact, compression, cutting, and friction on the crushed materials to achieve a unique crushing function.
5. During the crushing process of the alloy knife, the rotor generates a high-speed airflow that rotates with the direction of the blade. The material is accelerated in the airflow and repeatedly impacts, cuts and friction, and is simultaneously subjected to three types of crushing effects. Since the centrifugal force of the analyzer rotor is also affected by the centripetal force of the airflow, when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, the fine particles enter the cyclone with the airflow, and the coarse particles enter the centrifugal rifle crushing chamber to continue pulverization until it reaches the required fineness.
