Raw materials of charcoal briquette production line

The raw materials for the charcoal production line are very wide. It can be not only log, bamboo, fruitwood but also sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, coconut shell, nutshell, etc. The characteristics of these raw materials are that they contain a lot of lignin. Therefore, charcoal is formed after pyrolysis. The charcoal needs to be pulverized into 3mm charcoal powder with a charcoal pulverizer before briquetting. The charcoal dust, binder, and water are then thoroughly mixed in a coal dust mixer. The carbon powder treated in this way is smooth and sticky.
