Charcoal Briquette Dryer is a kind of drying equipment to reduce moisture for charcoal briquettes, made from ball press/ extruder/hydraulic press machines. For large capacity production process, the charcoal briquettes is with 30-35% humidity, this will affect the charcoal burning. Only after drying, the ready finished product able to pack and sell. Mingyang Machinery provide the full line coconut shell/ sawdust/ wood charcoal production. This machine equipped with several heating source to generate heat:
1, Electric heat air- pump type.
2, Burn wood/ coal.
3, Burn deisel.
The main design is after we generated the heat, we bring and make airflow inside the drying room. And hot stream will spread out by the device in the machine. We use the intellent control program, after set up the schedule on the program( drying moisture goal+ drying time goal), the machine is working automatically.

Drying temperature& Time:
Suggest drying start from lower temperature and longer drying time. After the first stage finished, we set raise the temperature and adjust the drying time. Drying time depends on the briquettes moisture content before put in the container! For example, normally the moisture is around 30%-35%, We keep drying room from 40 to 75 centigrade. The drying time shall be around 4 hours per batch, or it can not be complete dried.
